Rich Luxury Pain Refund Policy

At Rich Luxury Pain, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. That's why we have created the following refund policy to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

1. Eligibility for Refund:

• To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 3 days of the original purchase date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@richluxurypain.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
• Include a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.

3. Refund Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund your order if needed.
